  2. Evidence or Intuition? What concrete data and direct user research validates our problem diagnosis—beyond internal assumptions and surface-level feedback?

  3. Impact Alignment? If we successfully solve this identified problem, will it demonstrably move the metrics that matter most to our business outcomes—conversion rates, user retention, or engagement depth?

This disciplined approach to problem validation isn't just about avoiding wasted sprints or misallocated resources.
